Mike LaBonte conducted the meeting.

Call for IBIS related patent disclosures:

- None

Call for opens:

- None

ARs:

- Mike resolve IBISCHK message parameter count issues.
  - Not done yet

- Mike send RedHat Linux IBISCHK executables to Bob.
  - Done

- Mike add comments to CMPNT, DLY, MSPEC sections.
  - No new progress.

- Lance add comments to EBD section.
  - No report.

- Bob add comments to CIRCUIT section.
  - No new progress.

BUG 173:
- Bob showed BUG173.
- Bob: This is about not finding off-diagonal matrix entries.
- Bob: The error in the example is in the capacitance matrix.
- Mike: When might this be fixed?
- Bob: We have BUG172 and BUG173 so far
  - This is not high priority, we could hold off.

- Bob: BUG172 is interesting
  - There are quite a few [Pin Mapping] error codes.

DesignCon IBIS quality discussions:
- Bob: We got a request for AMI executable checking.
  - It was in a presentation by Michael Mirmak.

- Mike showed "IBISCHK Checks for IBIS-AMI DLL Integrity"
- Mike: We could do checks 1 to 5 and maybe 9 and 10.
  - For 9 we might have to provide data from the AMI file.
- Bob: We could use generic data.
- Mike: AMI_Init might reject unknown parameter names.

- Bob: Who would do this?
- Mike: I could start it, but Atul should do the final work.
  - Can we commission parser work between specification releases?
